Write the state equation in the form $$\frac{\operatorname d\left[x\left(t\right)\right]}{\operatorname dt}\;=\;\left[A\right]\left[x\left(t\right)\right]\;+\;\left[B\right]\left[u\left(t\right)\right]$$ and find [A], [B] and [u(t)].
